Collaborate easily with your team by sharing templates that everyone can use and customize. When you save a design in Team Templates, other members in your organization can create their own editable copy and automatically saved to their My Designs page.

Business users can share designs with the team, while Enterprise users can share templates across one or more Groups, making collaboration smooth and efficient.

Note: Available on Venngage Business and Enterprise plans.

Create a Design Template

• From the Templates page, choose a design or start from a blank canvas.

• Click Create to open it in the Editor.

  

• Customize your design — add your logo, fonts, and brand colors using My Brand Kit.

• Once done, click Home to return to your dashboard.

  

• Rename your design if needed (this will be the name visible to others).

Save as a Team Template

• Go to your My Designs or Team Designs page.

  

• Click the three-dot (⋮) menu beside your design title.

  

• Select Save as Template.

  

• Then select Team Templates.

  

• Your template will now appear under Team Templates in the left sidebar.

Collaborate and Customize

• Anyone on your team can view your shared template under Team Templates.

• They can create their own copy of any template, customize their version, and save it to their own My Designs page.
