Share designs in Team Templates, and other users in your organization can create a customizable copy of that template, which will automatically save to their My Designs page. 

Business users can also share designs they create in Team; Enterprise users can share designs to one or more Groups. Both options are great for collaborating on the same design in the Venngage Editor.

Create a design template

Choose any design from the Templates page. Learn more about how to find the perfect template. 

Click "Create" on the design template you want to use. 

Make any changes you want to the template, then click Home.

You can also create a template from a blank canvas and add your brand-custom logo, fonts and colors using My Brand Kit.

When you're finished creating your template, go back to the Home page. 

Change the name of the template if you want; remember, other users will see the template and will create a copy of the design in the Editor, which they can customize (it will appear under their My Designs page when they create and save it). 

Save your design as a Team Template

Find the template you just customized on your Home My Designs page, or choose from any design on your My Designs page or on the Team Designs page. 

Click the kebab (three vertical dot) menu beside the title of your design to bring up the settings menu. 

Click "Save as Template" and select "Team Templates". 

Click Team Templates in the left toolbar to see your saved design. 

Users in your organization can create their own copy of any template shared under Team Templates.
