Collaborate easily with your Team by sharing designs directly from the upgraded Editor.

Invite a New Team Member

1. From your My Designs page, click Edit on the design you want to share to open it in the upgraded Editor.

   

   (You can also select the design thumbnail with the Tab key and press Spacebar.)

2. In the Editor, click the Share button to open the Share widget.

   

3. Enter your colleague’s email address in the text field and click Send Invite to invite them to collaborate.

   

💡 This sends an invitation for them to join your Venngage Team. If you’re on a Business account, they’ll occupy one of your available Team seats.

Turn On Sharing and Notify Your Team

1. Toggle on the Share with team option to enable Team sharing.

   

2. Your Team members will receive an email notification with a direct link to the design.

3. The shared design will also appear under Team Designs on their Venngage homepage (left sidebar).

✏️ You can also include an optional message in the Share widget to add context or instructions for your Team.

Copy a Shareable Link

If you prefer to send a link outside Venngage:

1. Turn on Sharing using the steps above.

2. Click Copy Link under the Share by link section of the pop-up.

3. Paste the copied link into an email or message to share it with your Team.

Your teammates can open the design directly from the link and collaborate with you in real time.

✨ Sharing designs helps your whole team stay aligned and collaborate more efficiently on brand visuals.

Please Note: Venngage is accessed entirely online through a web browser. Because of this, real-time collaboration with multiple team members working on the same design at the same time isn’t supported. Simultaneous edits can sometimes disrupt the editor due to differences in browsers, internet connections, and other technical factors.
