Don’t want a design to appear on your Team Designs page? You can either turn off sharing or delete the design entirely.

Turn Off Sharing

1. Go to the My Designs page.

2. Hover over the design you want to unshare, then either:

   • Click Share, or

     

   • Click Edit to open the design in the Editor, then select Share from the top toolbar.

     

3. In the Share modal, toggle Sharing off.

   

4. When prompted, click OK to confirm.

   • This removes access for other team members.

Delete a Design

If you no longer need a design (or already made a copy), you can delete it.

⚠️ Deleting a design removes it from both Team Designs and My Designs permanently.

1. From the Home page, select Team Designs in the left sidebar.

   

2. Hover over the design you want to delete and click the kebab menu (three vertical dots).

   

3. Select Move to Trash.

   

You can also delete a shared design from My Designs, and it will automatically be removed from Team Designs.

💡 Business users can:

• Save templates for others to copy under Team Templates, or

• Share collaborative designs with their team under Team Designs.
