Getting Started with Team (for Members and Guests)

Get started with your Team workspace and discover how to collaborate effectively on shared designs.


Log In or Accept Your Team Invitation

Make sure you’re logged into your Venngage account.

If you’ve been invited to join a Team but don’t yet have an account, open the invitation email and click the link provided to set up your Venngage account.


Find Your Team

Once logged in:

  1. Click Home in the top menu.

  2. From the left sidebar, select Manage Team.


👉 Find your team’s shared designs in the left sidebar under Team Designs.

 

Guest vs. Team Member Permissions

Here’s what each account type allows you to do:

Account Type Permissions
Guest Account
  • View designs other Team Members have shared with the link they provide
  • Create up to five free designs, and share them with your Team
Team Account
  • Use your Team's Brand Kit(s)
  • Collaborate on and edit designs together, working on a canvas in real time
  • Customize your own templates and share them to Team Designs 
  • Download your designs or share them with a link
  • Access to Free, Premium and Business templates, icons and features
  • Create and use Team Templates
