Share from My Designs

Turn on Sharing

From My Designs, hover over the thumbnail of the design you want to share. 

Click the "Share" icon in the top-right corner of the thumbnail.

In the Share modal, type a message or send the share link without one; click Send. To close the modal without sharing the design, click "Don't Send" or hit the Esc key.

Your team members will be able to access the design in the Venngage Editor and leave feedback directly on the canvas or work on the design.

Designs shared will appear for your Team members under their Team Designs page. 

Share with a link

Don't want to turn on sharing? From the "Share" modal you can also Share by Link.

Click "Copy Link" to copy a public link that you can send through email or messenger, allowing anyone with the link to view the design and leave a comment. 

Share from inside the Editor

Open the design you want to share in the Editor.

Click "Edit" on the thumbnail of the design on your My Designs page. 

Click "Share" in the top toolbar to open the Share modal over the design canvas. 

From the Share modal, you can invite members to join your Team on your business account, or enter the email address of members who are already part of your Team.

Invite Team members to join and see your design 

Enter an email address under the first heading and click "Send Invite" to invite new members to join your Team and view the design.

Share with members already on your Team

Toggle the toggle next to "Share with team" to the on position to share the design with members already on the team. 

VENNGAGE MAKES IT EASY

What's the difference between sharing a design to Teams
and sharing your design with a public link? 

The link allows anyone (even someone who isn't part of
your organization's Team on Venngage) to view a preview
of your design.

Share to your Team to give members direct access to
your design, including the ability to add comments 
and make edits to the canvas from inside the Venngage Editor.

Copy the link under the Public Link heading and you can share a preview of your design.

Anyone with the link to view the design and leave a comment on the design preview. 

Other ways to share

• Download: you can download a file version of your design then share the file as an attachment.

• Present: as long as you used a presentation template you can present your design.

• Embed: add the design to your website using embed code.

• Publish: you can create a publicly available link version of your design.
