Venngage makes it easy to collaborate and co-edit designs with your team. With a Business subscription, you can share designs directly with your team or create a public link.
Share from My Designs
Turn on Team Sharing
From your My Designs page, hover over the design thumbnail you want to share.
-
Click the Share icon (the arrow pointing upward).
-
In the Share modal, type a short message or send the share link without one.
Click Send to share your design, or Don’t Send (or press Esc) to cancel.
Once shared, your team members can access the design in the Venngage Editor, and make edits.
Shared designs appear on their Team Designs page.
Share with a Link
If you prefer not to enable team sharing:
Open the Share modal.
Click Private Link, then select Copy private link.
A confirmation message will appear letting you know the link has been copied.
You can send this link by email or messenger. Anyone with the link can view the design on the design preview.

Click Share in the top toolbar.
-
In the Share modal:
-
Invite new members: Enter their email and click Send Invite to add them to your Team and share the design.

Venngage Makes It Easy
Team Sharing vs. Public Link Sharing
| Sharing Method | Who Can Access | Permissions |
|---|---|---|
| Team Sharing | Only Team members | Can edit directly in the Venngage Editor |
| Public Link | Anyone with the link | Can preview only |
To share a public preview, copy the link under Public Link and send it to collaborators.
Other Ways to Share
Download: Export your design as a file (PNG, PDF, or PPTX) and share it as an attachment.
Present: Open presentation mode if your design uses a presentation template.
Embed: Add your design to your website using an embed code.
Publish: Create a public version of your design with a shareable link.
Please Note: Venngage is accessed entirely online through a web browser. Because of this, real-time collaboration with multiple team members working on the same design at the same time isn’t supported. Simultaneous edits can sometimes disrupt the editor due to differences in browsers, internet connections, and other technical factors.
