Easily create and customize your own version of a shared Team Templates in Venngage that's perfect for keeping your designs consistent and on brand.

Find Your Team Templates

For Business users:

On the Home page, click Team Templates in the left sidebar under Team Designs.
This option appears fourth in the menu — below My Designs, My Templates, and Team Designs.

For Enterprise users:

On the Home page, click Team Templates in the left sidebar under Manage Brand.
This also appears fifth in the menu — below My Designs, My Templates, Trash, and Manage Brand.

Create and Customize a Template Copy

1. On the Team Templates page, hover over the design you want to use.

2. Click Create to make your own copy.

   • Your copy automatically appears under My Designs.

3. Open the design in the Editor and start customizing it — edit text, replace images, update icons, or apply your brand colors.

Find Your Customized Design

Your personalized version of the template (with the same title) will appear as a thumbnail on your My Designs page.

Collaborate on a Design
