Create a design from a Team Template

Create your own copy of a design from a template shared in Team Templates and customize it. 

Find your organization's Team Templates

On the Home page, click Team Templates in the left sidebar.

For Business users, this appears under "Team Designs". 

A Business user on the Home My Designs page of the Venngage website clicks on Team Templates in the left sidebar. It appears fifth down in the menu, under Create New, My Designs, My Templates, and Team Designs. The Team Templates page loads and one design thumbnail is visible on the page.

 

For Enterprise users, this appears under "Manage Brand".

An Enterprise user on the Home My Designs page of the Venngage website clicks on Team Templates in the left sidebar. It appears fifth down in the menu, under Create New, My Designs, My Templates, and Manage Brand. The Team Templates page loads and one design thumbnail is visible on the page. 

 

Select the template you want to use on the Team Templates page.

Move your cursor over the design thumbnail and click "Create". This will make a local copy of the design template under your My Designs page.

In the Editor, customize the design template.

 

Find the customized version of the template with the same title, as a thumbnail on your My Designs page.
