The Modify feature lets you use AI to transform icons or images directly in the Venngage Editor. Instead of manually editing or replacing visuals, you can prompt AI to make creative or realistic changes — like changing colors, characters, or even entire subjects.
This tool is perfect for quick visual adjustments that match your design theme, without needing to start from scratch.
What You Can do with Modify
Adjust subjects: Change the gender, outfit, or pose of a person in an image.
Change styles: Convert an existing image into a different art style (e.g., cartoon, watercolor, or realistic).
Swap objects: Replace elements in an image — for example, change “a man” to “a panda.”
Edit uploaded images: Works with both Venngage library visuals and your own uploaded files.
Important Note: Each AI modification uses one AI credit.
How to Use Modify
Select an icon or image on your design canvas.

In the in-context toolbar, click Modify.

Type your AI prompt — for example:
“Change this to a woman wearing a black shirt.”
“Replace the laptop with a tablet.”
“Make this look like a watercolor painting.”

Click the blue arrow to generate.

You’ll see a before-and-after preview of the result.

You can stop the process by clicking the stop button before generation finishes.

The generated icon or image will be automatically applied to your canvas.
💡 If you want to remove a background completely, use the Image Filters → Remove Background option for best results.

What to Know
Modify edits one image at a time. Multi-select editing isn’t supported yet.
You can revert to the original image anytime by using the Undo button.
You can regenerate results using the same or adjusted prompt.
Works with both Venngage library images/icons and your uploaded visuals.
