If you get an error message saying you can’t upload more images, even though you haven’t reached your upload limit, try these quick fixes:
Troubleshooting Image Uploads
1. Check your browser compatibility
Venngage works best on the latest versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Make sure your browser is up to date before trying again.
2. Reset your browser settings
Cached data can sometimes cause upload issues. Try a hard refresh using the shortcut for your browser:
Chrome (Windows): CTRL + F5
Chrome (Mac): CMD (⌘) + Shift + R
Firefox (Windows): CTRL + F5
Firefox (Mac): CMD (⌘) + Shift + R
Safari (Mac): Go to Safari > Settings > Manage Privacy Settings to delete cookies. You can also use Opt + Cmd + E, then refresh with CMD + R.
Edge/Internet Explorer: Venngage isn’t fully supported on these browsers. We recommend switching to Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.
3. Log out and log back in
This resets your connection to our system and often clears minor issues.
4. Check your network connection
A weak or unstable internet connection can interrupt uploads. Try restarting your router or reconnecting to a more stable network.
