Supported File Formats

The Venngage Editor accepts the following image formats:

• JPG / JPEG

• PNG

• GIF (static only)

File Size Limit

• Upload images up to 10 MB each.

How to Upload Images

1. Using Drag and Drop

• Drag an image file from your device’s file explorer directly onto the design canvas.

• The image will appear on your canvas and under the Images tab in the left sidebar.

2. Using File Browser

• Click the Images button in the left toolbar.

  

• Select Browse Files to open your device’s file explorer.

  

• Choose your image and click Open.

• The image will appear as a thumbnail under the Image Uploads tab in the sidebar.

Replace an Image

• Click the image on your canvas, then click Replace in the top toolbar.

  

• In the Replace Menu on the left, click the Images tab.

• Select an uploaded image or click Upload Image to add a new one.

Delete an Uploaded Image

• Open the Images tab in the left sidebar.

  

• Hover over the image you want to delete.

• Click the trash icon in the upper-right corner.

  

• Select Delete to confirm.

  

Image Privacy

• Your uploaded images are private and will not be shared unless you publish your design.

Editing Images

• You can edit images uploaded to the Editor or selected from Venngage’s photo library.

Uploading Other File Types

• Currently, Venngage does not support uploading editable files like Word or PowerPoint.

• To create designs without starting from scratch, use our 10,000+ templates or the Free AI Generator.
