Get the Embed Code

  1. Open the design you want to embed in the Venngage Editor.

    • Make sure your design is finalized and ready to share.

  2. Click Share (top right of the toolbar).

  3. In the Share menu, go to the Embed section.

Customize Embed Options

You can adjust the embed settings before copying the code:

  • Border: Adds a border around your design with spacing on the edges.

  • Footer: Creates extra space beneath the design.

  • Responsive: Ensures your design automatically resizes to fit the viewer’s device or browser.

Copy the Embed Code

  • Click Copy Embed Code at the bottom of the modal.

  • The code will be copied to your clipboard automatically.

Add to Your Website or Blog

Paste the embed code into your site, blog, or email platform.

Embedding in WordPress

Here’s how to embed your design in a WordPress blog post:

  1. Open your WordPress dashboard and create a new post.

  2. Add a Custom HTML block to your post.

    • Click the + icon, scroll down, and select Custom HTML under Widgets.

  3. Paste the embed code you copied from Venngage into the HTML block.

  4. Switch to Preview mode to see how your design will appear once published.

Your Venngage design will now display directly in your WordPress post, fully styled and interactive.

In a window open to a new post in Wordpress, a user types My Infographic in the post title field. The user clicks the plus icon to add a new block to the Wordpress post, and scrolls down the available options until they click Custom HTML under the Widgets heading. An HTML block appears in the Wordpress post; the user pastes the embed code from the Venngage editor and uses the top navigation controls above the code block to switch to Preview, which then displays the Venngage Infographic design in the body of the Wordpress post.
