Which formats can I download my designs in?
Business and Enterprise users can download any of their designs in the following formats:
- PDF (Portable Document Format)
-
PNG (Portable Network Graphic)
-
PNG HD (High Definition Portable Network Graphic)
-
Powerpoint
-
HMTL
Premium users can download their designs from the Venngage Editor in PNG or PNG HD format.
Free users can share up to 5 designs publicly in an HTML format. They can't download their designs.
How do I download?
Business and Enterprise Users
Select the design you want to print. You can do this from a new design you create, or any of the following pages:
Click Edit on your selected design.

Click Download on the top right corner of the editor, and select a file type:
- PNG or PNG HD
- PowerPoint

PDF
-
Powerpoint
-
HMTL
Your file will be saved in the selected format to the Downloads folder (or other folder you've designated) on your personal device.

Premium Users
Follow the same steps above to export your file in a PNG or PNG HD format. To download in other formats, upgrade to a Business subscription.
