Venngage makes it easy to share your design with others: through a link, on social media, or via email.

 

Share through a private link

Click "Edit" the design you want to share from the My Designs page, or choose a template and click Create.

Click "Share" in the top toolbar. 

In a partial view of a design canvas in the Venngage Editor, a user clicks the Share button in the top toolbar and opens the Share widget (which shows two additional tabs, Download and Embed). Under the Share tab, the first heading reads 'Share this private link'; the user clicks the Copy Link button under the URL shown in the text field beneath this heading, and a small notification appears over the button that reads Link copied to clipboard.

 

From the modal, click "Copy Link" under the heading Share this private link.

A notification will appear confirming that the link address has been copied to your clipboard, and you can paste it into a message or an email to share it. Whoever has the link can view the design. 

 

Share through email

Click "Edit" the design you want to share from the My Designs page, or choose a template and click Create. 

Click "Share" in the top toolbar. 

Under the heading Invite someone to view this design, type the email address of the person you want to send it.

A notification will appear that confirms the email was sent. They'll get an email invitation to view the design.

Share on social media

Click "Edit" the design you want to share from the My Designs page, or choose a template and click Create. 

Click "Share" in the top toolbar. 

From the modal, select a social media site to share on. Click the site icon and follow the prompts to sign into the website and post your infographic.

Want to share on Instagram? Download a PNG file in the right dimensions to your device and upload it to your feed. Learn more here. 
 

Other ways to share

  • Download: you can download a file version of your design then share the file as an attachment.

  • Present: as long as you used a presentation template you can present your design.

  • Embed: add the design to your website using embed code.

  • Publish: you can create a publicly available link version of your design.

Business and Enterprise users can share their designs directly within the Editor to other users, making it easy to collaborate on group designs.
