For still images (photos or graphics), Instagram uses a square 1:1 ratio by default.

You can upload your Venngage design to Instagram in a few ways:
Directly from desktop: Log in to Instagram and click + to upload.
Via email: Email the file to yourself and download it to your phone.
Using cloud storage: Save your file to Google Drive or Dropbox and access it on your mobile device.
