Venngage's Free plan allows you to create and store up to 5 designs in your account. Once you reach this limit, you'll need to delete an existing design before creating a new one, or upgrade to a paid plan for more design capacity.
How the 5-Design Limit Works
- Maximum of 5 designs: You can have up to 5 designs saved in your Free account.
- Creating new designs: Once you've reached the limit, you won't be able to create or save another design until you free up space.
- Deleting designs: You can delete an existing design to make room for a new one.
- Upgrading your plan: If you need to create and keep more than 5 designs, you can upgrade to a paid plan.
What Happens When I Reach the Limit?
If you try to create a new design after reaching the 5-design limit, you may see a message indicating that you've reached your design limit.
To continue creating designs, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete an Existing Design
- Go to My Designs on your Venngage dashboard.
- Find a design you no longer need.
- Click the three-dot menu on the design thumbnail.
- Select Delete.
- Once you've freed up a space, try creating a new design again.
Option 2: Upgrade Your Plan
If you'd like to keep all your existing designs while creating more, consider upgrading to a paid plan. This gives you access to a higher design limit and additional features.
