Where to Find AI Designer and Customer Support

AI Designer 

You can access AI Designer directly from the Editor while working on your design.

1. Open a design in the Editor.
2. Click the AI Designer button in the right-side panel.
3. Type your prompt and let AI Designer help you make changes to your design.

Customer Support 

You can reach Customer Support through the chat widget available on the Venngage website or while you're signed in to your account.

1. Click the Chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the page.
2. Ask anything regarding the editor by typing your questions OR Directly access the Help Centre or Ask for a Live Chat Support.

Contacting Customer Support while you're signed in allows our team to locate your account more quickly and provide faster assistance.

Use AI Designer for Design Assistance

AI Designer is your in-editor design assistant. It helps you edit and enhance your existing designs using natural language prompts, so you can make changes without manually updating each element.

AI Designer can help you:

• Rewrite or improve text
• Update colors or themes
• Add or replace icons and images
• Suggest layout improvements
• Resize your design
• Generate charts, tables, timelines, and other design elements
• Provide design recommendations
