Keeping track of your receipts is important for expense reporting, reimbursements, or tax purposes. Venngage makes it easy to access your receipts directly from your account when your subscription is active. If you’ve canceled your plan, you can still request past receipts from our Support team.
Download Your Receipts (Active Accounts)
When you’re on a paid subscription, your receipts are always available through your Billing History. If you’re on a Business or Enterprise plan, you can also request regular invoicing for your organization.
Steps to Download Receipts

Log in to your Venngage account.

Go to Venngage.com and sign in with your email and password.
After logging in, you’ll land on the My Designs page.

Open the Account menu.
In the top-right corner of the homepage, click your profile icon (your initials in a circle).

From the drop-down, select My Account.

Go to Billing History.

On the Manage Your Profile page, use the left sidebar to click Billing History.

Download your receipts.

The Billing History page displays all of your past invoices in a table with:
Date of payment
Description (subscription details)
Amount paid
Receipt link (downloadable copy)

Click the Receipt link beside the payment you want to download.

📌 Pro tip: Receipts are available as PDF files, so you can save them for your records or attach them to reimbursement requests.
Requesting Receipts (Canceled Accounts)
If you’ve canceled your Venngage subscription, you won’t be able to access your billing history from your account. However, our team can provide past receipts upon request.
To request receipts, contact us through:
Chat (available on the Venngage site), or
Email us at info@venngage.com.
When reaching out, please provide:
The email address linked to your Venngage account
The date range or billing period you need receipts for
(Optional but very helpful) The last 4 digits of the card used for payment
This helps us locate your receipts quickly and send them securely.
Additional Notes
If you anticipate canceling, download your receipts first to avoid delays later.
Business and Enterprise customers can set up recurring invoices for more streamlined record-keeping.
All receipts include essential billing details such as plan type, billing date, amount paid, and payment method.
Troubleshooting

I can’t find the Billing History tab.
Make sure you’re signed into the correct account with an active paid subscription. Free users won’t see this tab.

My receipt link won’t download.
Try opening Venngage in another browser (Chrome recommended).
Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
If the issue persists, contact Support through chat or email for a copy.

I don’t recognize a charge.
Double-check if you have multiple Venngage accounts or if your organization’s billing email differs from your personal one.
If the charge is still unclear, contact Support with the transaction details.
