At Venngage, we want you to have the best experience possible. While we hope you love using our platform, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and we’re here to help.

 

We honor any reasonable refund requests made within 30 days of the original transaction.

Please Note

  • Refunds cannot be issued if any exports or downloads of designs have occurred during the current billing cycle.

  • Even if an account has remained inactive or unused, we continue to allocate and pay for essential resources such as hosting, bandwidth, servers, maintenance, backups, and upgrades.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after your request has been approved.
