On a Premium plan
Access your subscription details
Log into your account and click Account on the top menu. Select My Account from the drop-down.
Click Subscription in the left sidebar.
Under Subscription Details, check your "Subscription Plan". Use the button to switch to a monthly or yearly subscription plan.

On a Business or Enterprise plan
Venngage makes it easy for your organization to keep track of your accounts with us. Organizations with annually billed Business accounts, or more than three Enterprise licenses, can request invoicing.

Book a call with your account manager to explore your invoicing options, or email info@venngage.com with the following information to request an invoice:

Subject: Yearly Invoice Request
The email address of the account that will be upgraded:
Plan: (Business or Enterprise)
Billing method: (Check or credit card)
Address:
Any other information: (e.g., department name)
NOTE: Currently we process invoices for yearly Business and Enterprise plans. Invoicing is not available with our Premium or Education plans.
