Easily keep track of your subscription billing or request invoices for your Venngage plan with these steps.
For Premium Plans
Access Your Subscription Details
Log into your Venngage account.

Click Account in the top menu and select My Account from the drop-down.

In the left sidebar, click Subscription.
Under Subscription Details, check your current plan and use the button to switch between a monthly or yearly subscription.
For Business or Enterprise Plans
Venngage makes it simple for organizations to manage accounts. Annually billed Business accounts or Enterprise accounts with more than three licenses can request invoicing.
Request an Invoice
Please email info@venngage.com with the following information:
Name
Subject: Yearly Invoice Request
Email address of the account to be upgraded
Plan (Business or Enterprise)
Billing method (Check or Credit Card)
Address
Any additional information (e.g., department name)
Note: Invoices are only processed for yearly Business and Enterprise plans. Premium or Education plans are not eligible for invoicing.
