Canceling your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription on your own or get help from us:

  • Chat with us through live support.

  • Email us at info@venngage.com and our team will assist you with the cancelation.

 

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Go to your account profile:

  3. On the left toolbar, click Subscription.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription.

    The user clicks the Account button in the top bar, from the Venngage homepage. The user clicks 'My Account' in the account menu. The page redirects from the Home page to the Account page, open to the Profile tab. The user clicks the 'Subscription' tab underneath the profile tab in the left sidebar, and scrolls down the page with their subscription details, to the header 'Manage Subscription'. Under this header, the user clicks 'Cancel subscription'.


     

  5. Leave a rating and feedback, then click Cancel Account.

    A user moves through the process for cancelling their subscription, which includes answering questions like rating Venngage's platform services on a scale, providing details about why they are cancelling their subscription, and leaving feedback in a comment box, before they click 'Cancel account'.

⚠️ Note: If you change your mind, click Wait, I’ll Stay to stop the cancelation process and return to your account.

  1. A confirmation modal will appear. Click Yes, Cancel to finalize.

    The user clicks 'Cancel account'. A widget pops up, with the heading 'Are you sure you want to cancel?' The user clicks 'Yes, Cancel', and is redirected to a page with the heading 'Your account has been successfully downgraded'.

 

Check Your Subscription Status

  • Go back to Account → Subscription.

  • Under Status, you should see Canceled.

    A user access their Account page, and clicks on the 'Subscription' tab. The user's account reflects that their subscription is canceled in the right view pane of the page, where the header 'Subscription details' appears and under 'Status' it reads 'Canceled'.

FAQs

🔹 What happens to Team or Class sharing when I cancel?

  • Business plans (Teams): Shared designs in Team folders will become unavailable.

  • Education plans (Classes): Shared designs will also become unavailable.

  • Connected accounts (students or teammates) will automatically revert to the Free plan.

🔹 Will I still have access after canceling?
Yes. You’ll keep paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
Example: If you cancel mid-month on a monthly plan, you’ll still have access until that billing cycle ends.

🔹 Can I change my plan instead of canceling?
Yes! Go to Account → Subscription and use Manage Subscription to upgrade or switch plans without canceling.
