How to Cancel Your Subscription

Go to your account profile:

Click your initials in the top-right corner → select My Account.

On the left toolbar, click Subscription.

Scroll to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription.

Leave a rating and feedback, then click Cancel Account.
⚠️ Note: If you change your mind, click Wait, I’ll Stay to stop the cancelation process and return to your account.

A confirmation modal will appear. Click Yes, Cancel to finalize.
Check Your Subscription Status
Go back to Account → Subscription.

Under Status, you should see Canceled.
If you don’t see this or run into issues, contact Support via chat or info@venngage.com.
FAQs
🔹 What happens to Team or Class sharing when I cancel?
Business plans (Teams): Shared designs in Team folders will become unavailable.
Education plans (Classes): Shared designs will also become unavailable.
Connected accounts (students or teammates) will automatically revert to the Free plan.
🔹 Will I still have access after canceling?
Yes. You’ll keep paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
Example: If you cancel mid-month on a monthly plan, you’ll still have access until that billing cycle ends.
🔹 Can I change my plan instead of canceling?
Yes! Go to Account → Subscription and use Manage Subscription to upgrade or switch plans without canceling.
