Updating Your Credit Card Information

Keeping your subscription payment details up to date in Venngage is quick and simple. 


Access Your Subscription Details

  1. Log in to your Venngage account.

  2. Click Account in the top menu, then select My Account from the dropdown.

  3. In the left sidebar, click Subscription.

The user clicks the Account button in the top bar, from the Venngage homepage. The user clicks 'My Account' in the account menu. The page redirects from the Home page to the Account page, open to the Profile tab. The user clicks the 'Subscription' tab underneath the profile tab in the left sidebar, and scrolls down the page with their subscription details.

 

Update Your Credit Card Information

  1. Scroll to the Update/Change Credit Card Information section.

  2. Enter your new card details in the provided fields.

  3. Click Update My Card to save your changes.

The Subscription tab of a user's My Account page open in Venngage. The page shows the user's subscription details and a form for entering credit card information.

Your payment info will now be updated for future subscription charges.


Payment Options

Venngage primarily accepts credit card payments. Supported card types include:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

 

Friendly Tip: Make sure your card is active and has sufficient funds to avoid payment interruptions.
