To access premium features, including the ability to download your designs, you'll need to upgrade to a paid subscription.
Follow these steps to upgrade, change, or manage your Venngage plan:
Access your subscription details
Log into your account and click Account on the top menu.
Select My Account from the drop-down.

Click Subscription in the left sidebar.
⭐ Use the Upgrade button at the top-right for quick access.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Upgrade from Free to Premium
Click Get Premium if you’re interested in our Premium plan.
Upgrade from Free to Business
Click Get Business if you’re interested in our Business plan.
➡️ Enter your credit card details. Add a coupon code if you have one.
➡️ Choose your billing preference, then click Confirm Payment to submit.
Upgrade from Premium to Business
From the Subscription tab, click Upgrade to Business.
From here, you can also update your credit card information or switch your billing schedule (monthly or annual).
Downgrade your subscription
To change your subscription to a lower tier, reach out to us via chat or email us at info@venngage.com and we'll make the changes you request to your subscription. You can also manage and view changes to your plan type on the Subscription page.
Note on Payment When Downgrading Your Plan
If you switch from a higher-tier plan (like Business) to a lower-tier plan (like Premium), any unused credit from your current subscription will carry over.
Example: If you’ve paid for a full month of Business but switch to Premium mid-month, we’ll calculate how many days you used on Business and how many on Premium. The unused balance will be applied as credit toward your future Premium bills.
Do you offer Free Trials?
Currently, we do not offer Free Trials for paid subscriptions. Please reach out to us via chat or email us at info@venngage.com and we will check your eligibility for better deals!
⚡ Note about AI Credit Free Trials
Venngage offers AI credit free trials for Free and Premium users:
Free plan → includes an AI credit trial.
Premium plan → includes an extended AI credit trial.
👉 This does not mean that Premium subscriptions themselves come with a free trial. Premium still requires purchase.
