Updating your Credit Card Information

Venngage makes it easy to keep your subscription payment information up to date. 

Access your subscription details

Log into your account, then click Account in the top menu. From the drop-down, select My Account.

Click Subscription in the left sidebar.

The user clicks the Account button in the top bar, from the Venngage homepage. The user clicks 'My Account' in the account menu. The page redirects from the Home page to the Account page, open to the Profile tab. The user clicks the 'Subscription' tab underneath the profile tab in the left sidebar, and scrolls down the page with their subscription details.

Enter your updated credit card details

Under the Update/Change Credit Card Information section, enter your updated payment details in the appropriate fields.

Click Update My Card to save your changes.

What kind of payment options does Venngage offer?

Venngage subscriptions are usually paid with a credit card. We accept the following card types:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
