There are three main toolbars in the Venngage Editor:

Left Sidebar Overview
The Left Sidebar is where you’ll find all the tools to build and customize your design. From adding visuals and charts to applying your brand assets, this section is your creative toolbox.
You can add and edit multiple elements to your design canvas from the Left Sidebar, including:
Brand Kit (Business and Enterprise plans only) - Access your Brand Kit to automatically apply your brand colors, fonts, and logos to any design. This helps keep your content consistent and on-brand across all materials.
AI Tools - Use Venngage’s AI-powered tools to quickly generate design content, layouts, or suggestions. These tools help speed up your workflow and make design creation easier—even if you’re not a designer.
Templates - Browse a wide range of professionally designed templates for infographics, reports, presentations, posters, and more. Simply choose a template and customize it to fit your needs.
Text - Add and style text boxes for titles, subtitles, and body content. You can adjust the font, size, color, alignment, and spacing directly from the top toolbar.
Icons - Choose from thousands of icons to visually enhance your design. Icons can help illustrate concepts, organize information, and make your visuals more engaging.
Images - Insert images from Venngage’s stock photo library or upload your own. You can resize, crop, and position them easily within your layout.
Elements - Insert interactive and functional elements to make your design more engaging.
Charts - Create data visualizations like bar, line, or pie charts. Input data manually or upload a CSV file for quick, accurate visuals that tell your story clearly.
Projects - Organize your work using Projects. Group related designs—like campaigns, reports, or class materials—for easy management and collaboration.
AI Designer - Your all-in-one, in-editor design assistant in Venngage. AI Designer lets you chat directly inside the editor to make changes, improve layouts, generate visuals, and even get design feedback—all through conversation.
💡 Business and Enterprise users can also use the “My Brand Kit” feature to apply brand colors, logos, and fonts for a consistent look across designs.
