The Brand Kit in Venngage helps you keep your designs consistent by storing your logos, brand colors, fonts, icons, and images in one place. Once set up, you can quickly apply these assets to any design.

Who can set up a Brand Kit?

  • Business users can create and manage their Brand Kit.

  • For Team accounts, only administrators (or enterprise admins) can edit the Brand Kit.

  • ⚡ Brand Icons and Brand Images are available only for Business users. Premium users can still set up a Brand Kit to see how it looks in the Editor.

Why set up My Brand Kit?

With your Brand Kit set up, you can:

  • Access your Brand Colors, Logos, Icons, Images, and Fonts from the Editor sidebar.

  • Quickly apply brand colors to visual elements in your design.

  • Shuffle through pre-generated palettes for fresh variations.

  • Ensure every design reflects your organization’s visual identity.

👉 Don’t have brand colors yet? Try Venngage’s Color Palette Generator to create a custom palette.

Accessing the Brand Kit

You can access your Brand Kit from two places:

From the Homepage:

  1. Click Manage Brand in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Add New Brand Kit to create a new kit.

  3. Give your Brand Kit a name, then click Create.

From the Editor:

  • If you don’t have a Brand Kit yet, click Auto-fill Your Brand Kit → choose Set up manually to open the Brand Kit manager.

  • If you already have a Brand Kit, click Edit to update it.

Setting Up Your Brand Kit

On the Manage Brand page, you can add assets manually or automatically.

Add Brand Assets Manually

  • Logos: Click the + under Logos to upload PNG, JPG, SVG, or GIF (static) up to 2 MB.

  • Colors: Use the Color Picker or enter HEX/RGB values. Click + to add multiple colors.

  • Icons: Click Browse Files to upload PNG, JPG, or SVG files (up to 10 MB).

  • Images: Upload JPEG or PNG files (up to 10 MB).

  • Fonts:

    • Choose fonts for Header, Subheader, and Body text from Venngage’s library.

    • To upload custom fonts, click Upload Font and select an OTF/TTF file.

    • Confirm you have the proper license to use the font. Uploaded fonts will appear under Uploaded Fonts and can be assigned to brand font slots.

Add Brand Assets Automatically

Already have a branded website? Save time with Auto-Import:

  1. On the Manage Brand page, click Add your brand colors and logo automatically.

  2. Enter your website URL.

  3. Venngage will scan your site and pull in your logos, colors, and suggested fonts.

⚠️ Important: A prompt may appear saying:
“Adding your brand kit again will delete the kit you have now.”

> Click Update Brand Kit if you wish to proceed.

Managing Multiple Brand Kits

Business and Enterprise users can create and manage more than one Brand Kit. This is useful for agencies, teams with sub-brands, or users working across different clients.

To add a new Brand Kit:

  1. Open Manage Brand from the Home sidebar.

  2. Click + New Brand Kit.

  3. Name your new kit and add logos, colors, and fonts.

(Follow the Setting up your Brand Kit steps above).

To switch between Brand Kits in the Editor:

  1. Open the Editor.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Brand Kit.

  3. Use the Brand Kit dropdown menu to choose the kit you want to apply.

Each Brand Kit keeps its own logos, colors, and fonts, so you can easily switch between them depending on your project.
