Easily add and customize text in your Venngage designs using a variety of text styles and formatting options in the left sidebar.

Add Text to Your Canvas

1. Click Text in the left sidebar to open the text toolbar.

   

2. Choose a text style to add to your canvas, or click Show more to see additional options.

   

3. The text box will appear on your canvas, ready for editing.

Edit Text in a Text Box

1. Click inside the text box or widget.

2. Use your keyboard to type new text or make changes.

3. Click anywhere outside the text box on the canvas or in the Editor to save your changes.

Change Text Size

1. Use the + or - buttons in the top toolbar to increase or decrease the text size.

   

2. Click the text size number to manually enter a value.

   

3. Select a size from the drop-down menu.

   

Change Text Color

1. Select the text box or highlight the text you want to change.

2. Click the Font Color button in the top toolbar.

   

3. Choose a color from the palette, or enter a hex code for a custom color.

   

Change Font Face and Style

1. Select the text box or highlight the text you want to change.

2. Click the Font Family drop-down in the top toolbar to choose a font from Venngage’s library.

   

3. Use the Bold, Italic, or Underline buttons to apply text styles.

   

4. Adjust additional formatting such as all caps or small caps if needed.

Move or Rotate the Text Box

1. Click the text box to select it.

2. To move it, click and drag the text box to your desired location.

3. To rotate it, click the circular handle at the top of the text box and drag it in the direction you want to rotate.
