The Project section in the Venngage Editor lets you add or merge previously created designs into your current project — making it easy to reuse and combine your best work.

Access the Project Section

1. In the Editor, look at the left sidebar.

2. Click on the Project icon (located near the bottom).

   

3. You’ll see a list of all your saved designs under your account.

Search for a Design

You can:

• Browse through your available designs, or

• Use the search bar to quickly find a specific project by title.

Add or Merge a Design

1. Find the design you want to include.

2. Once you’ve chosen your design or page, click Add page.

   

3. If the design has multiple pages, click View all pages to see all available pages.

   

4. Select the specific page you want to add, then click Add Page.

5. The selected design (or page) will automatically appear in your current project.

⚠️ Note

If the design you’re adding has different dimensions from your current project, your current project’s size will take precedence. The inserted design will automatically adjust to fit within the layout.
