Access the Templates Page

There are two ways to get to the Templates page:

1. From the main website:

   • On Venngage.com, select Templates from the top menu.

   • Choose a template category, click See All Templates to browse the full catalog.

      

2. From your account Home page:

   • Click the Templates tab in the top menu after logging in.

The Templates page displays a variety of styles, from infographics and reports to brochures and slides.

Search for Templates

Think about how your information should be presented—list, poster, brochure, etc.

• Filter by Category: Use the left sidebar to narrow templates by type or industry, such as Marketing, Startups, HR, and more.

• Use the Search Bar: Type specific keywords like "geometric letterhead," "floral wedding checklist," or "minimalist slide deck" to find templates that match your design needs.

Filter Templates by Plan and Page Size

At the top right of the Templates page, use the drop-down menus to filter templates:

• Plan Types: See templates available for your subscription (Premium, Business, Enterprise).

• Page Size or Orientation: Select the dimensions or layout that works best for your design.

✨ Templates are sorted from newest to oldest by default, so you’ll always see the latest designs first. Reset filters anytime by clicking Clear All.

TIP: Check the template tags to confirm your access:

• Premium templates: available to all Premium users and higher.

• Business templates: available to all Business users and higher.

• Enterprise templates: accessible to all Enterprise users.

Preview and Select a Template

• Hover over any template and click it to open a detailed preview.

• Once you find a template you like, click Create, then choose Edit Manually or Edit with AI to open it in the Editor and start customizing.

  Note: If you select Edit with AI, you’ll need to type a short prompt describing what you want the design to look like or include. Remember that using any AI tools will use up one of your AI credits.
