Download formats depend on your subscription plan and the type of project you're downloading. Venngage supports PNG, PNG HD, PDF, PowerPoint, and HTML export options (availability depends on your plan).

What formats can I download my designs in?

Business & Enterprise users can download their designs in:

• PDF (Portable Document Format)

• PNG (Portable Network Graphic)

• PNG HD (High-Definition PNG for professional printing)

• PowerPoint (PPTX)

• HTML (optimized for web and interactive elements)

Premium users can download designs in:

• PNG

• PNG HD

Free users can share up to 5 designs publicly using the Publish to Web feature. Free users can’t download designs.

How do I download my design?

Business & Enterprise users

1. Select the design you want to download from:

   • My Designs

   • My Templates

   • Team Templates
     
     (On the My Designs page, scroll to view all saved designs. Hover over a design and click Edit.)

     

2. In the editor, click Download at the top-right corner.

   

3. Choose a file format:

   • PNG or PNG HD

   • PDF

   • PowerPoint

   • HTML (if available for the project)

     

4. Your file will save to your Downloads folder (or the folder you’ve set on your device).

Premium Users

Follow the same steps above to export your file in a PNG or PNG HD format. To download in other formats, upgrade to a Business subscription.
