If you have a Business plan, you can create a team and invite members to collaborate on designs.
How to Invite a Team Member

On the Home page, go to the Manage Team section and click Invite Team, or simply use the Invite Team button at the top of any page.

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click Continue.

Click Invite Guest or Invite Member.

You’ll receive a confirmation that the invitation has been sent.

The invitee will get an email prompting them to create a Venngage account to join your team.

Sharing Designs with Team Members

Open your design and click the Share button.

Enter the email address of the team member you want to share with.

Click the arrow button to Send Invite.
In the pop-up, select Invite Team Member and wait for confirmation that the invite was sent. If you have not already shared your design, it is now shared with your team.
