Preview your designs from the My Designs page or directly inside the Editor to see how they’ll look before you download or publish them.
Preview from the My Designs Page
When you preview from the My Designs page, the design shown will reflect your most recent auto-saved changes.
Go to your My Designs page.
Hover your cursor over the design you want to preview.
Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) next to the design title.
Select Preview from the dropdown menu.
🪄 A preview of your design will open in a new browser tab or window.
Navigate and View Your Design
Use the arrow icons to move between pages in a multi-page design.
Click the full-screen icon (four arrows) to expand your view and see your design in full screen.
Preview from Inside the Editor
You can also preview your design directly from within the Venngage Editor.
Open your design in the Editor.
Click the Preview button above the top toolbar.
Your design will open in a preview window, showing exactly how it will appear when downloaded or shared.
🪄 Use this to double-check your layout, colors, and alignment before finalizing your design.
Share Your Preview
You can share your preview in two ways:
Share with your Team: Turn on sharing to let other team members view the design.
Copy a public link: Send the link via email or message to let anyone view your design, even if they don’t have a Venngage account.
