You can create presentation files in the Venngage Editor and export them in a format compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation apps.
Before You Export
To ensure your presentation looks the same across all platforms:
Use standard or widely available fonts whenever possible.
Check your text alignment and spacing before exporting.
Keep design elements (like images or icons) within the slide margins to prevent cropping.
These simple steps help maintain the design and formatting of your slides after export.
Font Display Issues After Export
Sometimes, fonts may not display correctly when you open your exported file in another presentation tool.
This usually happens when:
The font used in Venngage isn’t available in the app you’re using, or
The font file isn’t installed on your device.
How to Fix Font Display Issues
1. Install the Missing Font
Download and install the font file to your desktop.
Close your presentation file without saving, then reopen it in the presentation app.
Check if the font now displays correctly.
If not, try re-downloading the file from the Venngage Editor and reopening it.
2. Use a Similar Font
If the original font isn’t available, replace it with a similar one.
You can explore and download free fonts from Google Fonts.
3. Use Text Images Instead of Text Boxes
If a specific font can’t be displayed or installed:
Create custom text images (preferably in .PNG format for transparent backgrounds).
Upload them to the Venngage Editor and use them in place of text boxes.
💡 This option works best for titles or larger text elements. Make sure the images are high-resolution to avoid pixelation when resizing.
✅ Tip: Always preview your presentation after exporting to confirm fonts and layouts appear as expected.
