Font Display Issues After Export

Sometimes, fonts may not display correctly when you open your exported file in another presentation tool.
This usually happens when:

• The font used in Venngage isn’t available in the app you’re using, or

• The font file isn’t installed on your device.

How to Fix Font Display Issues

1. Install the Missing Font

• Download and install the font file to your desktop.

• Close your presentation file without saving, then reopen it in the presentation app.

• Check if the font now displays correctly.

• If not, try re-downloading the file from the Venngage Editor and reopening it.

2. Use a Similar Font

If the original font isn’t available, replace it with a similar one.

3. Use Text Images Instead of Text Boxes

If a specific font can’t be displayed or installed:

• Create custom text images (preferably in .PNG format for transparent backgrounds).

• Upload them to the Venngage Editor and use them in place of text boxes.
