Troubleshooting Download Issues on Venngage

Sometimes the edits you’ve made to your design may not appear in your downloaded version. This can happen due to a temporary connection issue or a miscommunication between your device and Venngage’s servers.


Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Check Browser Compatibility

Venngage works best on the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
If you’re using another browser, such as Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, switch to Chrome or Firefox for the best performance.

Make sure your browser is up to date by installing any available updates.


Step 2: Refresh Your Browser

Cached data may sometimes prevent new edits from appearing in your download.
Try refreshing your browser using these shortcuts:

Google Chrome or Firefox

  • Windows: Ctrl + F5

  • Mac: Cmd (⌘) + Shift + R

Safari (Mac)

  • Press Cmd (⌘) + R

After refreshing, open your design again and try downloading once more.


Step 3: Log Out and Log Back In

Logging out resets your session and reconnects you to our servers.

  1. Log out of your Venngage account.

  2. Log back in and open your design.

  3. Try downloading again.


Step 4: Check Your Internet Connection

A weak or unstable network may prevent real-time syncing and saving.

  • Test your connection stability.

  • Reboot your router or reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

  • Avoid editing in multiple tabs, as this can cause syncing conflicts.


Will My Design Be Saved If I Disconnect?

Venngage autosaves your work in real time — as long as your internet connection is stable.
If your connection drops or you have multiple sessions open, autosaving might be interrupted.
To avoid this, ensure your connection is active while editing and refresh your page after reconnecting.
