Kickstart your design journey by selecting your first template, then customize it to suit your style and needs!

Pick a Template or Create a Blank Canvas

Start on the Templates page. Use search or category filters to browse thousands of professionally designed templates you can customize to fit your project.

Customize Your Canvas

When browsing templates, hover over a preview tile and click Create to open the template in the Editor and start customizing it to make it your own.

👉 To preview a template before editing, simply click on it. After previewing, click Edit Manually to open the template in the Editor.

Use the Left Sidebar to Add Elements

• Text: Click on a text style (e.g., Heading or Paragraph) to add it directly to your canvas.

• Icons: Select an icon in your design, then change its color using the color-picker in the top toolbar.

• Shapes & Lines: Add geometric shapes, borders, or lines to structure your design.

  

• Images: Upload your own images or pick from Venngage’s library.

  

Customize Backgrounds

• Replace the background image. Learn more about adding photos as a background here.

• Change the background color. Learn more about adding or changing background colors here.

• Apply overlays or gradients for more depth and contrast.
   

Share Your Final Design

Once you’re happy with your design:

• Free accounts: Publish and share your design online using a link.

• Paid plans: Unlock the option to download your design in PNG, PNG HD, PDF, PowerPoint, or HTML formats.
