There are four options available under the Background tool:
- Project Colors: Colors that you've swatched from your design will appear here for quick access.
- Brand Kit (available on paid subscriptions): Your custom brand colors will be displayed here, making it easy to match your design colors to your brand identity.
- Gradients: Choose from a variety of pre-generated gradients offered by Venngage.
- Patterns: Select patterns to overlay on your background, visible through the color or gradient you apply.
Add a Brand Color or Swatch Color
Add your brand colors to My Brand Kit. Click on 'Background Color' tool and choose one of your brand colors from the 'Brand Kit' section.
Use the My Brand Kit shuffle feature to apply brand colors to the entire template. Select My Brand Kit from the left toolbar and click the Shuffle button.
Add a gradient
Under the 'Gradients' section, click on a tile to apply the gradient to the background of your design canvas.
Add a Pattern
Patterns can be applied on their own or combined with another color or gradient. They can also be used alongside low-opacity photos set as the background layer of your design.
