Manage Your Billing and Invoicing Frequency

Easily keep track of your subscription billing or request invoices for your Venngage plan with these steps.


For Premium Plans

Access Your Subscription Details

  1. Log into your Venngage account.

  2. Click Account in the top menu and select My Account from the drop-down.

  3. In the left sidebar, click Subscription.

  4. Under Subscription Details, check your current plan and use the button to switch between a monthly or yearly subscription.

The user clicks the Account button in the top bar, from the Venngage homepage. The user clicks 'My Account' in the account menu. The page redirects from the Home page to the Account page, open to the Profile tab. The user clicks the 'Subscription' tab underneath the profile tab in the left sidebar, and scrolls down the page with their subscription details.

 

 

For Business or Enterprise Plans

Venngage makes it simple for organizations to manage accounts. Annually billed Business accounts or Enterprise accounts with more than three licenses can request invoicing.

 

Request an Invoice

Please email info@venngage.com with the following information:

  • Name

  • Subject: Yearly Invoice Request

  • Email address of the account to be upgraded

  • Plan (Business or Enterprise)

  • Billing method (Check or Credit Card)

  • Address

  • Any additional information (e.g., department name)

Note: Invoices are only processed for yearly Business and Enterprise plans. Premium or Education plans are not eligible for invoicing.
