Collaborate easily with your team by sharing designs directly through Venngage. You can add designs to Team Designs, invite teammates to edit, or save templates that everyone in your organization can use.
Add Your Design to Team Designs
Make your design accessible to other members of your organization by toggling on “Share with team” from the Share modal.
You can open the Share modal from several places:

From My Designs: Hover over your design thumbnail and click the Share icon (arrow in a box) in the top-right corner.
From inside the Editor: Click Share in the top toolbar above your design canvas.

From a Design Preview (Classic Editor only): Click Share in the bottom toolbar.
Once the Share modal opens:
Toggle “Share with team” to ON.
A second pop-up will ask if you want to notify your team via email.
Add a personalized message (optional) and click Send, or select Don’t Send to share without notification.
Your teammates will now be able to access and edit the design in the Venngage Editor.
💡 Tip: You can also invite new members to join your team directly from the Share modal.
Other Ways to Share
Save a Team Design as a Team Template
Turn a design into a reusable template for your organization:
From the My Designs page, click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) on your chosen design.
Select Save as Template → Team Templates.
Go to Team Templates in the left sidebar to find and rename your new template.
Team members can then create copies from this template and customize them in the Editor. Each copy will be saved under their My Designs page.
