Share or Remove Designs from a Group (Admins)

Admins are users with an administrator role on an Enterprise account.

Admins can use Groups just like other Members, but with added permissions — they can share designs to any Group within the organization. However, Admins can only remove designs they’ve personally shared; they cannot remove designs created or shared by other Members.

 

Share a Design to a Group

You can share a design with a Group either from your My Designs page or directly from the Editor.

 

From the My Designs Page

  1. Hover over the design you want to share and click Share.

  2. In the Share this design modal, type the name of the Group under Share with groups.

  3. Select the desired Group(s) from the list that appears.

  4. Once shared, your design will appear on the Group’s page in the left sidebar under your organization’s name.

 

From the Editor

  1. Click the Share button in the top toolbar (to the right of the Preview button).

  2. In the Share this Design modal, type the name of one or more Groups.

  3. As you type, matching Groups will appear—select the ones you’d like to share with.

  4. Click the blue arrow to confirm.

 

Sending a Notification Email

After clicking Share, you’ll be prompted with:

“Would you like to share this design to your team by email?”

  • Choose Send to include a custom message with the email notification.

  • Choose Don’t send to share the design silently without email alerts.

Once shared, all Group Members will be able to view and edit on the design in real time.

 

Remove a Design from a Group

You can only remove designs that you have shared. The design will remain in your My Designs but will no longer appear in the Group.

To unshare:

  1. Open the design in the Editor and click Share.

  2. In the Sharing modal, find the Group name under which the design is shared.

  3. Click the down arrow beside “Editor” and select Unshare design.

  4. Close the modal and confirm by checking the Group page — the design will no longer appear there.

 

Organize Shared Designs

Designs within Groups can be organized into Folders, making it easy to manage and categorize your shared content.
