Getting Started as an Admin
If you’ve been assigned the Admin role in Venngage, you have more control than a standard Member. As an Admin, you can:
Access and manage all Groups across your organization (Public and Private).
View and filter all organization Members.
Remove users from Groups when needed.
Monitor roles and permissions (Admins, Members, Guests).
This gives you full visibility into your team’s structure, helping you keep everything organized and secure.
Admins and Group Management
“Admins” are users with elevated permissions within an Enterprise account. Like other users, Admins can create and use Groups, but they also have the ability to manage every Group in the organization.
Where to Find Groups
The Groups you’ve created or joined appear in the left sidebar under your organization’s name.
