"Admins" are users with administrator roles on an Enterprise account.
Admins can manage Groups in the same way as other Enterprise users, but with added privileges. Unlike regular Members, Admins have control over all Groups within the organization—not just the ones they’ve created.
This means Admins can:
Delete any Group (public or private), even those created by other Members.
Remove one or more Members from any Group without deleting the entire Group.
This is especially useful when reorganizing projects or cleaning up unused Groups.
💡Designs shared in a deleted Group will not be lost.
If a Group is deleted, Members simply lose access to the shared designs. The original creators of those designs can still access and share them from their My Designs page.
Delete a Group from the Organization’s Groups List
Click your organization name to open the Groups list page.
On the Groups list page, scroll to find the Group you want to delete.
Click the three dots (⋯) menu at the end of the Group’s row.
Select Delete Group from the dropdown.
-
Confirm action by clicking Delete.
That’s it! The Group will be removed from your organization’s list.
Delete a Group from Its Main Page
-
Open the Group’s main page by clicking the Group name under your organization in the left sidebar.
-
Click the down arrow beside the Group name at the top of the page.
-
Select Delete Group.
-
A warning prompt will appear:
Click Cancel to stop the action, or Delete (in red) to confirm and remove the Group.
Tip: You Don’t Always Have to Delete a Group
If you’re just cleaning up, you can:
Remove specific designs from a Group, or
Remove Members without deleting the Group entirely.
This way, you can keep the Group structure intact for future use.

Notes
Members can delete any Group they’ve created but not Groups created by others.
Guests can only view Groups they’re invited to. They can view designs in those Groups but cannot modify, create, or delete any Groups.
