Personalize your designs even more by uploading and using your own fonts in Venngage’s Brand Kit.

Upload a Custom Font

1. Go to your Brand Kit or click Manage Brand on the left side panel. Create a new one or edit an existing Brand Kit.

   

2. Under Brand Fonts, click Upload Font and select your file.

   

3. Select the font you want to upload, then click Confirm and continue.

   

4. Once uploaded, your custom font will be available inside the Venngage Editor under Uploaded Fonts.

Use Your Custom Font in the Editor

1. Open your design in the Editor.

2. Click or add a text box to your page.

3. Highlight the text you want to change.

4. Open the font drop-down menu and select your uploaded font from the Uploaded Fonts section.

   

Delete an Uploaded Font

1. Go to Manage Brand and click the brand that contains the font.

2. Under Brand Fonts, find your uploaded font.

3. Click the trash can icon beside it.

4. Confirm by clicking the green Delete button in the pop-up.

• What font file types can I upload?
  You can upload

  • .otf (OpenType Font)

  • .ttf (TrueType Font)

  • .woff (Web Open Font Format)
    ✅ Must be under 10MB and use Latin characters.
    💡 Use an updated browser (Chrome or Firefox) for best results.

• What subscription do I need?
  The Upload Font feature is available for Business plan administrators only. Once uploaded, fonts are shared across the team.

• What is font licensing?
  A font license is similar to a patent that protects the usage of that font. All fonts have licenses, even free fonts like those found on Google Fonts. Ensure that you have the right to use a font before you upload it to Venngage.

• What happens if I delete a font or downgrade?
  Don’t worry, any deleted or unsupported custom fonts will still appear in your existing designs.
