Adding Style to Text

Venngage’s text tools let you style your text with bold, italic, underline, alignment, and line height adjustments.
 

Make Text Bold, Italic, or Underlined

  1. Select the text you want to style. You can highlight a single word or the entire text box.

  2. In the top toolbar, click the Bold (B), Italic (I), or Underline (U) icon.

    • The style will apply to your selected text.

    • Click the icon again to remove the style.

 ⚠️ Note: Some fonts don’t include bold or italic versions in their design.
 

💡 Pro Tip: Use keyboard shortcuts to apply styles quickly:

  • CMD + B (Mac) or CTRL + B (Windows)Bold

  • CMD + I (Mac) or CTRL + I (Windows)Italic

  • CMD + U (Mac) or CTRL + U (Windows)Underline

 

Adjust Text Alignment

  1. Select the text you want to align.

  2. In the top toolbar, click the Text Alignment drop-down.

  3. Choose Left, Right, Center, or Justify.


Change Line Height

  1. Select the text you want to adjust.

  2. In the top toolbar, click Line Height.

  3. Drag the slider to adjust the spacing, or enter a value manually.
