You can now make your designs more interactive by adding hyperlinks. Readers can click on linked text to navigate to another page in your design, open a website, or access an email address.

Link to a website or Email

  1. Select the text you want to hyperlink. The selected text will be highlighted in light blue.

    • Works for any text inside a text box, flowchart, or mind map shape, and even images of text.

    • Regular images can also be hyperlinked.

  2. Click the Link (đź”—) button in the top toolbar (it looks like two connected chain links).

  3. Enter your link:

    •  For a website: Type or paste the URL. Venngage will automatically add “https://” if you don’t.

    • For an email: Type the email address with "mailto" at the beginning, (example: mailto:info@venngage.com).

  4. Click Save Changes to confirm. Your text will appear underlined once linked.
