Your Brand Kit in Venngage helps you keep your designs consistent by storing your logos, brand colors, and fonts in one place. Once set up, you can edit and customize your brand assets anytime to keep them up to date.

⚠️ Note: Brand Icons and Brand Images are available only for Business users. Premium users can still set up their Brand Kit to see how it looks in the Editor.

Access the Manage Brand Page

You can open and edit your Brand Kit in two ways:

From the Home page:

• Click Manage Brand in the left sidebar.

• Under All Brand Kits, click the thumbnail of the kit you want to edit.

From inside the Editor:

• Click My Brand Kit in the left sidebar.

• If you have more than one Brand Kit, select the one you want to edit.

Edit the Brand Kit Title

• On the Brand Kit page, click the name of your kit.

• A pencil icon will appear; type your new title and press Enter to save. 

Edit or Delete Logos

• Add a new logo: Click the + icon under Brand Logos, then select an image from your device.

• Delete a logo: Hover over it and click the trash can icon.

• Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, static GIF (up to 2MB).

Edit or Delete Colors

• Change a color: Click a swatch and use the color picker or enter a HEX/RGB code.

• Add a new color: Click the + icon under Brand Colors.

• Delete a color: Hover over it and click the trash can icon.

Edit or Delete Fonts

• Change fonts: Use the dropdown menus to select fonts for Heading 1, Heading 2, Paragraph, etc.

• Upload a custom font:

  • Click Upload Font and select a .ttf or .otf file.

  • Confirm you have the rights to use the font.

  • The font will appear under Uploaded Fonts.

• Delete a custom font: Click the trash can icon beside it, then confirm in the pop-up.

Edit Brand Icons and Images (Business users only)

• Add new icons/images: Click the + icon or Browse files to upload.

• Supported formats:

  • Icons: PNG, JPG, SVG (max 10MB).

  • Images: PNG, JPG (max 10MB).

• Delete: Hover over the icon or image and click the trash can icon.
