Getting started with Team (for Members and Guests)

Available on the following Venngage subscription plans: Business and Enterprise.

Log into your Venngage account first. 

If you were invited to the Team and don't have an account with Venngage, open the invitation email you received and use the link in the email to set up your account. 

Find your Team

When you're logged in, click on Home and then Manage Team in the left sidebar. 

Find your team’s shared designs in the left sidebar under Team Designs.

What can I do as a Guest or a Team Member?

Use this guide to understand what permissions are available for your account:

Account Type Permissions
Guest Account
  • Provide feedback on designs with Comments
  • View designs other Team Members have shared with the link they provide
  • Create up to five free designs, and share them with your Team
Team Account
  • Use your Team's Brand Kit(s)
  • Provide feedback on designs using Comment Mode
  • Collaborate on and edit designs together, working on a canvas in real time
  • Customize your own templates and share them to Team Designs 
  • Download your designs or share them with a link
  • Access to Free, Premium and Business templates, icons and features
  • Create and use Team Templates
