Contact Your Account Manager
Reach out to your account manager to set up SSO for your Enterprise account.Request Setup
You can email your account manager directly or book a call through your Venngage account page. They will coordinate with our team to enable SSO with your chosen provider.
Sign In with SSO
Locate the SSO Option
When SSO is enabled, the login screen will display an option beneath the standard email and password fields:Log in with [Your SSO Provider]Authenticate Through Your Provider
Click this option to be redirected to your SSO provider’s login portal (e.g., OKTA, FusionAuth). Enter your credentials there. Once authenticated, you’ll be redirected to your Venngage home page.
Troubleshoot SSO Issues
If you encounter problems signing in with SSO, try the following:
Reset your password through your SSO provider’s website.
Contact your account manager via email or call—they can assist in resolving login issues.
Alternative login: To reset your Venngage account password, log in using your email address and original password.
