Simplify Login with Single Sign-On (SSO) for Enterprise Users

Enterprise users can streamline their login process by using Single Sign-On (SSO). Venngage makes it easy for you and your team to access your account with your preferred SSO provider.
 

A user enters this account information into the Venngage login portal, using the OKTA single sign-on portal to log into their account. Thy are redirected to the home page of Venngage. 


Enable Single Sign-On (SSO)

  1. Contact Your Account Manager
    Reach out to your account manager to set up SSO for your Enterprise account.

  2. Request Setup
    You can email your account manager directly or book a call through your Venngage account page. They will coordinate with our team to enable SSO with your chosen provider.

 

Sign In with SSO

  1. Locate the SSO Option
    When SSO is enabled, the login screen will display an option beneath the standard email and password fields:
    Log in with [Your SSO Provider]

  2. Authenticate Through Your Provider
    Click this option to be redirected to your SSO provider’s login portal (e.g., OKTA, FusionAuth). Enter your credentials there. Once authenticated, you’ll be redirected to your Venngage home page.
