Keep your account secure by updating your password anytime. Follow these simple steps:
 

Step 1: Sign In

Log in to your Venngage account using your current credentials.
 

Step 2: Go to Account Settings

1. Click the Account icon (the circle with your initials) in the top-right corner of the Venngage window.

   

2. From the drop-down menu, select My Account.

   

Step 3: Edit Your Password

1. In your Account Settings, stay on the Profile tab.

2. Click Edit Password.

Step 4: Enter and Confirm Your New Password

1. Type your current/old password in the first field.

2. Enter your new password twice to confirm it.

3. Click Save when finished.

   

A confirmation message will appear saying your password has been successfully updated. 

💡 Tips for Creating a Password:

• Must be between 8 and 256 characters in length
• Must contain both upper and lower case characters
• Must contain at least one non-alphanumeric character
• Must contain at least one number
• Must not match the previous 5 passwords
