Resetting your password

Available on the following Venngage subscription plans: Free, Premium, Business and Enterprise.

If you forgot your password and you're locked out of your Venngage account, you can reset it automatically with your email address.

Click Log in in the top bar or go to https://infograph.venngage.com/signin to start the sign-in process.

On the "Log In" page, enter the email you used to sign up for your Venngage account and click Continue.

Click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email again.

A user has entered their email account into the log in modal, and the modal prompts them to enter their password. They click 'Forgot your password?' under the password field instead. The modal changes to the 'Forgot your password?' widget, and the user follows the prompt to re-enter their account email into the field on the widget, then clicks the continue button.

Click "Continue" to send an email with a reset link to the email address.

The user clicks the continue button on the 'Forgot your password?' widget, where they have entered the email address associated with their account. The modal redirects to a widget with the heading 'Check your email'. The text reads 'We've sent you an email to help you reset your password. If you have not received your email within 5 minutes, please contact support at info@venngage.com. The user clicks the 'Done' button at the bottom of the widget.

Check your email. The password reset link should appear in your inbox within 5 minutes.

If you don't see it, check your Spam folder to make sure it didn't get filtered out.
