If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t access your Venngage account, you can reset it quickly using your email address.
 

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the login page

   • Click Log in in the top bar or visit Venngage Sign In.

   • Enter the email you used to sign up and click Continue.

     

2. Access the Forgot Password option

   • On the login modal, click Forgot your password? beneath the password field.

     

   • Enter your email again and click Continue.

3. Check your email

   • Venngage will send a password reset link to your inbox.

     

   • It should arrive within 5 minutes.

   • If you don’t see it, check your Spam folder.

4. Reset your password

   • Click Reset Password or the link in the email to create a new password and regain access to your account.
