The Page Went Blank After I Clicked the “Reset Password” Link
If you’re redirected to a blank page after clicking the password reset link, it’s likely because you signed up using Google or Facebook Authentication.
Sign out of your Venngage account completely.
Return to your email and click the password reset link again.
⚠️ The reset link only works for accounts created with an email and password—not for Google or Facebook single sign-on (SSO) accounts.
I Tried to Reset my Password and All I See is a Blank Page
If you used Google or Facebook Authentication to create your account, ensure that you’re signed out of Venngage before clicking the reset link again.
I Didn’t Receive My Password Reset Email
If it’s been over 5 minutes and you haven’t received your reset email:
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Sometimes password reset emails get filtered by mistake.Request another password reset email.
You may have entered the wrong address the first time.Still not seeing it?

I Don’t Have Access to the Email I Used to Set Up My Account
If you’re still logged in to your Venngage account:
Go to your Account Settings and update your email address to one you can access.
If you registered with a work email and no longer have access:
Contact your employer or email provider to request temporary access.
Log in and change your Venngage account email once you’re able to.
If you can’t change your account email:
Chat with a live help agent or reach out to info@venngage.com for assistance.
I Can’t Enable MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is only available for Enterprise plan users.
I Changed the Phone Number I Used to Set Up MFA
If you’re on an Enterprise plan, contact your Account Manager or reach out to Customer Success to update your phone number or disable MFA.
I Can’t Change My Password When I Use SSO (Single Sign-On)
Single sign-on (SSO) is available only for Enterprise plan users.
To change your password:
Log out of Venngage.
Log back in using your email and password, not your SSO provider.
Go to My Account and update your password there.
