Make your tables interactive by adding clickable checkboxes to individual cells. When your design is shared using a link, viewers can check or uncheck boxes directly from the shared design—making it easy to track statuses, record progress, or collect updates in a structured format.

Add a Checkbox to a Table Cell

1. Open your design in the Editor.
2. Select the table you want to edit.
3. Click the cell where you'd like to add a checkbox.

4. From the table toolbar, click Add checkbox.

   

5. Repeat these steps for any additional cells.

Tip: After adding a checkbox, you can customize its appearance by changing its colors to match your design or branding.

Preview Your Design

Before sharing your design, preview it to test the interactive functionality.

1. In the Editor, click Preview in the top-right corner.

   

2. Click the checkboxes to ensure they can be toggled on and off.

Tip: Previewing your design lets you verify that the interactive checkboxes work as expected before sharing your design.

Share Your Design

Once you've confirmed everything is working:

1. Click Share.

   

2. Copy the share/private link.

   

3. Send the link to your intended viewers.

Anyone with access to the shared link can interact with the checkboxes without editing the original design.

Note: Viewers can toggle checkboxes on and off while viewing the shared design. This interaction does not modify your original design in the Editor.

• Can viewers interact with the checkboxes?

  No. Checkboxes are interactive from the shared design link, so viewers don't need permission to edit the design.

• Will toggling a checkbox change my original design?

Troubleshooting

• The checkboxes aren't clickable.

  • Make sure you're viewing the design from a shared link or in Preview mode.
  • Interactive checkboxes are not intended to be tested while editing the design.
     

• I don't see the Checkbox option.

  • Ensure you've selected a table cell.
  • If the option still doesn't appear, refresh the Editor and try again.
